חג הפסח הוא זמן לידת עם ישראל (כמ"ש ביחזקאל). כמו בלידה בגשמיות מתחיל ענין החינוך הרבה לפני לידת הולד ‏–‏ אופיו של הילד תלוי בהנהגת ההורים בזמן שלפני התחלת העיבור, והיום כולם מודים בזה וכו', ועד"ז ברוחניות, שעוד בימים שלפני חה"פ, לידת עם ישראל, יש לשים דגש על ענין החינוך. נוסף לזה שנקודה העיקרית של ה"סדר" היא הענין ד"והגדת לבנך" ‏–‏ ענין החינוך. בפועל רואים "אַ ווילדע זאַך": דוקא בימים שנוגע במיוחד ענין החינוך להכין את הילדים לליל הסדר וכו' ‏–‏ סוגרים את החדרים ות"ת שבוע, והמהדרים ‏–‏ עשרה ימים, לפני פסח, והילדים מסתובבים ברחובות וכו'!! יש להשתדל למצוא מדריכים ומדריכות, של כל השנה או "פנים חדשות", שיאספו את הילדים ולהכין אותם לחג!

Pesach is the time of the birth of the Jewish people (as described in Yechezkel); just as when it comes to the birth of a child, the child’s education begins even before he is born, and before the mother conceives etc., so, too, regarding Pesach: there must be an emphasis on education in the days leading up to Pesach. Indeed, the main focus of the whole Seder is the children, as the Torah says, “And you shall tell your son….” But in practice, we find that specifically in the days before Pesach – when it is so important to prepare the children for the Seder etc. – the schools are closed and the children roam the streets, etc. Instead, efforts should be made to find teachers to gather the children during this time and prepare them for the holiday.
