This week’s highlights show celebrates care for our elderly & Roehampton!

‘Local Hero’ Mo Smith MBE runs the charity Regenerate Rise – Reaching the Isolated Elderly - across Wandsworth. They have a lunch club in Putney and through this and their other RISE Day Services, they provide food, activities and companionship for elderly people of our community. Their RISE plus initiative smooths the transition for vulnerable people coming out of hospital.

We also hear from Michael who is a regular guest of their lunch club and who gave some of his time to chat us.
