ב' ניסן הוא יום ההסתלקות דכ"ק אדמו"ר מהורש"ב והתחלת הנשיאות דכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא דורנו. ביחס של הנשיא והמלך לעם ‏–‏ ב' קצוות: תנועה של רוממות והבדלה מהעם ‏–‏ "שתהא אימתו עליך", ולאידך ‏–‏ תכלית הקירוב לעם, כי המלך הוא "לב כל קהל ישראל", ואין לך קירוב גדול יותר מקירוב הלב לאיברי הגוף, שבו תלוי' החיות של כל איברי הגוף, ע"י הדם, ש"הוא הנפש", המתפשט מהלב בתנועה של רצוא ושוב לכל איברי הגוף (משא"כ המוח "שולט" על איברי הגוף ואין לו תנועה המורה על חיות). ויתירה מזו: מציאותו של המלך תלוי בעם ‏–‏ "אין מלך בלא עם", וכמודגש בהכתרת המלך שהיא ע"י הכרזת העם "יחי המלך"! וזהו גם תוכן ה"שטורעם" לאחרונה שמוכרחים להכריז ולתבוע "עד מתי"! ‏–‏ הרי כבר הגיע הזמן לביאת משיח צדקנו! ובפרט בחודש ניסן וכו'; השייכות לנשיא דיום זה "נתנא-ל בן צוער".

The 2nd of Nissan marks the yom histalkus of the Rebbe Rashab, and the beginning of the nesi’us of the my father-in-law, the Rebbe, the nasi of our generation. Regarding a nasi and king of the people, we find two opposites: on the one hand, the king is exalted above and aloof from the people – “the fear of him should be upon you,” and on the other hand – he has the ultimate closeness to the people, for the king is “the heart of all the congregation of the Jewish people,” upon which the body’s life depends, through the blood, which “is the soul,” spreading forth to all the limbs (unlike the brain, which rules over the body’s limbs and lacks movement, which is the sign of life). Moreover: the king’s existence depends on the people – “There is no king without a people,” as emphasized at the king’s coronation when the people proclaim, “Long live the king!” This is also the basis for the emphasis lately on the need to proclaim and demand, “Ad mosai” – it is already time for the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu! Especially in the month of Nissan etc.
