I want you to know that even me, the "expert" still makes mistakes. All the time. To this day. I am not perfect. You are not perfect. Yet that is okay because we don't have to be :) I talk about working out 7 days a week, not ever going off my diet, thinking if I had one bad night I messed up all my progress, and more.
