Gymnastics is a big part of the CrossFit program. It’s also a really FUN part. 

People work really hard to get their kipping pull ups, toes to bar and handstand push ups. 

So when you get pregnant, mamas can get worried about losing those skills. And also, people get freaked out about diastasis recti. 

Todays episode we dive into the how and when to modify gymnastics during pregnancy and how to think about returning to exercise postpartum.
