Description

Mr. Reece Robins joins the show today to talk with us about the largest Warhammer 40,000 Tournament in the world!!! We discuss the recent changes to the ITC Missions, the ITC Code of Conduct and give some tips on what you should be thinking about if you want to win a giant 40k tournament.
Hey hey,
I had lot of fun with this episode. Mike Brandt is with giving his perspective as a player in a major 40k tournament. He was a top contender at last year’s LVO and it’s great to get his insight leading up to the event. In future episodes we’ll be covering what he’s taking and WHY he’s taking it.
Reece gives us some perspective on the event as the lead organizer and then we get down to business talking about what you need to consider if you plan on doing well. A lot of the talk is centered around how to maximize your score with ITC Champion’s Missions.
In part 2 we talk about the Code of Conduct. There are a ton of mixed feelings on this with a large portion of them being ‘Why do we even need this in the first place?!’ Each of us give our perspective on this during the segment. I’m really anxious to hear what people think of this and if they think it will actually have an impact on the 40k tournament scene.
We close the show out, likely in a bit of a reverse order… we talk about things you should consider if you are just getting in to 40k. There are many things to consider before you even buy your first model. This is the start of a series where we focus the conversation to new player needs.
