Project Healing Waters is a national opportunity for a disabled American Veteran. Through a network of clubs in 48 states they provide a place for vets to come together and learn the skills of Fly Fishing. They provide the gear for building your own fly rod and instructors to teach the intricate skill of fly tying. There are also road trips to various locations, none of which costs the veteran,
