Helen interviews Martha Vickery, a 27 year old dreadmaker from Somerset, UK. Martha joined British Naturism when she was 19 on her way home from a naturist waterpark experience which truly turned her life around. Having fought with her weight and body dysmorphic attitudes throughout her teens, a joke about a naked waterpark visit turned into a reality that she faced head-on, and she has never looked back. She is now a public leading light for younger women in naturism, having taken a central role in the Channel 4 series Naked Education.
