Ahoy, surfers and beachgoers! It's time for your daily dose of surf forecast goodness straight out of National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard. Today is Saturday, April 6th, 2024, and we've got some tasty waves coming your way.

We've got a high surf advisory through 3 PM this afternoon, along with a high rip current risk, so hang ten with caution out there. It's all about Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches today. The surf height is ranging from 4 to 7 feet, subsiding to 3 to 5 feet in the afternoon, with water temperatures between 56 to 59 degrees. Keep an eye out for those rip currents, folks! Tomorrow, expect surf heights of 2 to 4 feet, so still some fun waves to catch.

Ventura County Beaches, you're not left out of the action! High surf advisory and high rip current risk for you as well. Surf heights today from 5 to 8 feet, dropping to 3 to 6 feet later, with a water temperature similar to Malibu. Tomorrow, the waves will be in the range of 3 to 6 feet, so get ready to paddle out again!

Heading further up, Santa Barbara County gets a piece of the action too. High surf advisory and high rip current risk in place. Surf heights today from 4 to 7 feet, then dropping to 2 to 4 feet. Water temperatures between 51 to 55 degrees. Tomorrow, surf heights will be 2 to 4 feet, pretty manageable.

San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches, you've got the big waves today with heights between 7 to 11 feet, reducing to 6 to 9 feet as the day progresses. Water temperatures are a bit cooler at 53 to 57 degrees. Tomorrow, expect slightly smaller waves between 6 to 9 feet, still providing plenty of adrenaline-pumping action.

Remember, always keep an eye out for rip currents, especially when the surf is up. So, grab your boards, wax 'em up, and hit the waves! Stay safe and have a blast out there, surfers!
