Not to mention the rain we’ve already experienced this year that can put people living down there in danger. It makes for titillating urban folklore — a subterranean quasi-community shuffling through the darkness beneath the bright city. But what’s the reality? We are revisiting a conversation with Nevada Current reporter Michael Lyle, co-host Dayvid Figler, and lead producer Sonja Cho Swanson on what it’s really like in the storm tunnels of Las Vegas.
