How to grow them, their lore and magical properties and correspondences. You can even grow these on a windowsill if you don't have outside space too. Includes a random apology from me to people of the middle ages lol ;-) Don't know where I was going with that lol.
Our book review is Soul Retrieval - Mending the Fragmented Self written by Sandra Ingerman and we also talk about how Hedgewitches within the UK carried out soul loss journeys too so some insight into some of their practice.
