6 basic Human Needs: Significance, Certainty, Variety, Contribution, Love/Connection, and Growth.
The need for Certainty is my top basic need
Confidence is a game day decision each time that you face a fork in the road.
Do the work to earn your stripes and you'll have PROOF of your value and capabilities.
Self Mastery means uncovering the truth of who you are, which is different from the way you choose to present yourself to the world.
It’s easy to have self worth when your whole life concerns only yourself.
Keep doing things that make you feel confident and capable and reinforce your sense of value
