An Orthodox Catechism was written by Hercules Collins in 1680 and is a revision of The Heidelberg Catechism, modified to reflect the views of Particular Baptists.

Since question 67 is a simple statement of fact there are no scripture proofs for this question. Interestingly, it seems that even the Roman Catholic Church differentiates between the dominical sacraments (i.e. those instituted by Christ) and the ecclesial sacraments (those instituted by the Church)
