The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, denounced on Monday that sectors of the oligarchy are financing conspiracy plans from the United States (US) and Colombia to destabilize the social peace of the country, four of which were dismantled this year. Likewise, he stated that the U.S. Government is promoting a campaign that seeks to delegitimize the presidential elections of July 28th.

The president-designate of Peru, Dina Boluarte, swore in six new ministers on Monday night, including the Minister of the Interior, after several cabinet members resigned during the day, in the framework of the investigation for alleged corruption against the president.
