Morning Mantra: “Make space for fun. It’s not always convenient, but it is always worth it.”

Life is short and if you’re not careful you’ll spend most of it doing everything you HAVE to do and run out of time for things that bring you joy.

Take out a piece of paper.

In the left column write everything you think you HAVE to do.

In the right column write things that bring you joy.

Now start doing at least one thing from the right side every day.

Start saying “No” to things that are not on the right side of your page. To change your life you need to change your priorities.

The problem is, we think we have all the time in the world.
