Despite living in the wealthiest and most comfortable societies in history, most people today are less happy than those who lived in less affluent societies in the past. This podcast will discuss why this is so, and define the Jewish concept of happiness - which is far different from the way that most people define it. We will also show a path to happiness, based on traditional sources and many recent studies.
