Your ability to recruit good talent and maintain a positive business culture are some of the foundation systems you need to grow your business. As much as you may need to hire, you also need to make sure this individual will stand behind the brand as much as you do. If you're having difficulty recruiting the right guys/gals, perhaps it's time to reflect on the value of your messaging.
Max also brings up the idea of "running a man down" - how running a man down enables us to minimize the gap between the shortage of manpower and the oversupply of work.
