When Alex returns from work, something has shifted — the kind of certainty that doesn't ask permission. He turns Liz around, drops to one knee, and produces a ring. Liz — relentless, hilarious, utterly bewitching Liz — nearly talks her way out of the most romantic moment of her life. But her heart wins. She says yes. And in that breathless, chaotic, perfectly imperfect moment, Alex and Liz's twisted fairy tale becomes something real, something forever.
