Logline: On the four-year anniversary of his mother's murder, Chad is kidnapped, blackmailed into fifty kills, and handed the name of his first victim — and he doesn't hesitate for a single second.
Episode Summary: The birthday cake is barely cold when Chad's world explodes. After smashing his sister Emojin's celebration into chaos and making his exit, two bulky figures drag him into a van before he can reach the street. Inside, a masked figure with an apple and an offer: fifty jobs for a criminal organization, in exchange for the man who murdered his mother. Chad doesn't flinch. He doesn't beg. He negotiates. The man across from him has leverage — footage of his mother's killer, and a very real threat against his sisters — but Chad has something the masked man didn't count on: a complete absence of fear. The deal is struck. The van door opens. A text arrives with a photo and a name. Chris Overton. And just like that, the anti-hero's story stops being a promise and becomes something terrifyingly real.
