Episode 3: Summary

Christmas carols fill the chateau as Chase enthusiastically embraces the season—wrapping presents, planning surprises, and trying everything he can to soften Jasmine’s deep hatred of Christmas. Jasmine, however, wants nothing to do with it. For her, the season isn’t joyful—it’s painful, triggering memories she’s spent years trying to forget.

When Chase ropes her into dressing up as an elf to help deliver presents to children undergoing cancer treatment, Jasmine reluctantly agrees. What begins as reluctant participation slowly transforms into something meaningful as she witnesses joy, vulnerability, and courage through the eyes of children who have endured more than she ever imagined.

The day continues with carol singing through the village, festive traditions Jasmine swore she’d never take part in again, and a moment that finally cracks her emotional armor. When Chase pushes her too far, old wounds reopen, nearly driving them apart—until Jasmine finally admits the truth: she hates Christmas because it reminds her of the biggest mistake she ever made—losing Chase.

In an emotionally charged turning point, Chase offers forgiveness, wisdom, and a promise to build better memories together. Episode 3 closes with hope, intimacy, and the first real sign that their future may finally be brighter than their past.
