Unfortunately for Ray, Jess has every reason to hate him. As a lifelong Giants fan, she still hasn't forgiven the Dodgers star for one of the most painful moments in franchise history. Their first meeting is explosive, hilarious, and anything but professional.
Yet circumstances force them into an uneasy partnership. As Jess learns more about the man behind the headlines, and Ray discovers the passion beneath Jess's stubborn exterior, the line between business and something much more personal begins to blur.
In this opening chapter of Field of Dreams, destiny steps up to the plate, and neither of them is ready for what comes next.
