The "Fab 4" - My Podcast Accountability Group
One of the greatest experiences of my podcasting class was being placed into "accountability pods" where small groups could choose to meet up regularly, inspire, and lift each other up.
My Pod of 4 incredible women has met every Wednesday, sharing ideas, challenging each other, and keeping each other on track.
This week, I'm sharing our first recorded conversation where we collaborated to ask each other the questions we normally ask our podcast guests. The answers were surprising and entertaining!
As background, here's a bit about each of my new-ish friends.
Alison Fraser grew up in the United Kingdom, and now lives in New Zealand. She works a full time job (she started her career as a journalist), is a wife and mom, enjoys Park Runs nearly every weekend, and has TWO podcasts! Women Who Podcast and Our Scotland. I'll post a link to these and to Robin's and Becca's podcasts in my show notes. You're going to want to check them out!
Becca Ingersoll is a wife and mom of special needs twins. She's on a mission to support other women and parents who are facing challenges, including childhood cancers and other medical struggles. She wants you to know, "You're not alone" and shares her podcast Finding Joy through Life's Trials.
Robin Hackney has been a friend for a long time! We went through the podcasting class together and are now collaborating on a retreat to Texas Hill Country in the Fall of 2024. Robin has her own fitness business and her podcast is called Spandex and Wine, because it's all about finding balance.
I learned a lot about my friends and hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did!
