Today we talk with Lesa De Bergh owner of Lumiere Healing Arts.  Lesa provides Reiki inspired yoga for individuals and group sessions to focus on promoting innate healing powers of the mind, body, and spirit. We also discuss the interactions between plant and human energy and why it's important. We end with Lesa proving us with a  guided nature meditation.
