Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. LOVE IS TOP OF THE LIST OF SPIRITUAL GRACES BECAUSE IT SHOULD PERMEATE AND PERVADE ALL THE OTHER VIRTUES. 1 Corinthians‬ ‭13‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ ”Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. LOVE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE OF GOD’S LAW AND THE PROPHETS, THESE HANG ON LOVE. THE LOVING JESUS KEPT THE COMMANDMENTS John 15:9-10 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 10If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. Matthew 5:17-19 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
