Scaling a business is what business owners dream of. And to get to that point, many components are involved as one thing always impacts another. However, it’s worth noting that although the journey towards success isn’t always a breeze, with a lot of hurdles to be overcome, it’s all worth it once you see the work pay off. 

This is what we discuss in my conversation with Patrick Readyhough. He is the owner of a mid-sized roofing company called Pond Roofing that he acquired in the year 2012. He had his fair share of triumphs and trials in business, but it is a mixture of different things that led him to where he is now.
