Teria: I found an app called Happy Things, and this app will give you things to think about that makes you happy. One of the things is “raise your head and look for one thing that makes you smile”. You'll get a reminder, if you want you can set up a reminder, you can even skip some of them. It just helps you kind of wake up, think about something: gratitude, be happy, and then it improves my day.
