Kevin also gave his NCAA Tournament formula short-list of teams that can win it all and had a "Smell Test" pick for tonight's "First Four" games. Fred Smoot jumped on and gave his thoughts on the Commanders' free agent additions along with what he would like to see them do with the 2nd overall pick in next month's draft.
