Kouri Richins mom is being investigated in the overdose death of her former partner back in 2006
Hannah Gutierrez Reed's attorneys are asking she be released from jail and have her conviction tossed and a new trial granted after a new Supreme Court ruling out of Mexico last week granted two people with similar charges a new trial.
Alec Baldwin's attorney is asking for the involuntary manslaughter indictment be tossed.
