A judge in Ohio has thrown out an alleged confession by Chad Doerman, a father accused of executing his three young sons last summer. Clermont County Judge Richard Ferenc said sheriff’s detectives violated Doerman’s rights when they didn’t fully read his Miranda warnings to him and they continued to question him after he asked for a lawyer.
