🟢 Solana has once again overtaken Binance BNB in market cap, However, CoinMarketCap still shows Solana as no 4th despite MC being greater than Binance BNB. The total Value Locked on the Solana blockchain has spiked in the last few days. ⬛ The Block is reporting that an unknown NFT artist raised over $10 million in one day for the Solana meme coin presale. The artist, pseudonymously known as Kero, launched the presale after polling their followers on X as to whether they should launch a coin on Solana in honour of joining the network https://lnkd.in/d-VyjDd6 After receiving 5,000 votes on the poll, Kero launched the presale by posting a wallet address, which rapidly accumulated funds eventually totalling nearly 55,000 SOL or about $10.4 million at current prices.

⚡ The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission warned the public that MEXC had been operating without a license. Also, the SFC said in an emailed statement that “The SFC will not hesitate to take enforcement action against unlicensed platforms where appropriate,”

- U.K. Judge James Mellor has ruled that Dr. Craig Wright is not the pseudonymous Bitcoin inventor Satoshi Nakamoto. The judge’s ruling states that Wright is not the author of the Bitcoin White Paper, did not operate under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, did not create the Bitcoin System, and is not the author of the initial versions of the Bitcoin software.
