“I’m afraid of clowns!”I’ll never forget this admission from a former colleague and radio personality I worked with many years ago while at a local station in the Boston area.
At the time I laughed at his remark, but in more recent years I’ve wondered whether there may be something far deeper to the “clown fear” or what some researchers call “coulrophobia” and how it may be linked to a deeper mystery that some believe to be contact with non-human intelligence (aka ET contact).
Clown imagery is something that ET contact researcher and regression therapist Mary Rodwell has called a possible screen memory when it comes to encounters with extraterrestrials. She believes that either the experiencer may be protecting themselves from the raw encounter or the being itself may be cloaking itself as something more benign (like a clown) in order to hide its true identity.
This is just one example of the myriad ways ET contact can happen and how we may in fact be thinking we’re experiencing one phenomenon when it’s something altogether different!
In this episode of Conscious Commentary, we’ll travel down the proverbial rabbit hole to see if there may be something to this idea – that many more of our human population may in fact be in contact with non-human intelligence but not know it!
