ט' אדר הוא היום שבו הועבר המרכז של חסידות חב"ד מחצי כדור העליון לחצי כדור התחתון, בבוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא דורנו לארצות הברית באופן של קביעות [ובש.ז. (תש"נ) מלאו יובל שנים מאז]. ומעלת הדבר: ידוע הפתגם שבחצי כדור העליון לא הי' מתן תורה בגלוי. ובזה יובן גודל החידוש שדוקא בחצי כדור התחתון נעשה המרכז של חסידות חב"ד – גילוי והפצת פנימיות התורה. והרי עיקר הגילוי במ"ת הי' פנימיות התורה (כמודגש בפסוק "אנכי הוי' אלקים וגו'"). ובכל שנה בט' אדר חוזר ונשנה באופן של "חדשים" החידוש דהמשכת וגילוי פנימיות התורה (בעיקר דמ"ת) בחצי כדור התחתון. יש לערוך התוועדויות ביום זה, ובימים הסמוכים, ובפרט ביום השבת ובימי הפורים, בכל מקום ומקום, ולכל לראש בעיר הבירה של נשיא דורנו, ברוקלין, ש"קדושה לא זזה ממקומה" וכו'. ועוד.

The 9th of Adar (fifty years ago) is the day my father-in-law, the Rebbe, arrived in America, relocating the center of Chabad Chassidus to the lower hemisphere. We know that the giving of the Torah was not originally revealed in the lower hemisphere; thus we can understand the significance of the center of Chassidus Chabad being established here specifically – revealing and spreading the inner dimension of Torah. And the main revelation of the giving of the Torah was the inner dimension of Torah (as emphasized in the verse “I am Hashem your G-d etc.”). Every year on the 9th of Adar, this is repeated and renewed – a renewed revelation of the inner dimension of Torah in the lower hemisphere. Farbrengens should be held to mark the occasion, especially on Shabbos and during the days of Purim, and it should be done everywhere, first and foremost in the capital city of the Nasi Hador, in Brooklyn – “Holiness does not move from its place” etc.
