DEMETRIUS K. SAMU-EL, SR. is a native of Buffalo, New York, who moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, with his new bride, Catherine, nearly twenty-five years ago. He faithfully served as executive assistant to Bishop C. E. Anderson, Sr. for fifteen years. Then he ventured out, with the blessings of Bishop Anderson to start his own ministry, Shiloh COGIC, a progressive ministry that targeted young professionals, especially those in banking and healthcare. After four short years he was summoned to return home.
