If you're watching this, you probably want to learn more about marketing channels. Truth is, there isn't a definite answer to that question because every market is different, and so is everyone's budget. 

There are pros to cold calling, texting, door knocking, television advertisements, etc, but there are also cons to each of those as well! Cold calling is not as effective today as it was a few years ago. We still get deals from cold calling and make a lot of money doing so, but the volume isn't quite what it was a few years ago.

Overall, your marketing strategy is going to depend on the market you are in, your budget, and your skillset. If you are not comfortable meeting random strangers at their houses, you are probably not going to door knock! If you do not have a large budget, you are probably not going on television!
