  1. Max, thanks for being on the AIPT comics podcast. You’ve got Maybe Tomorrow #1 out March 13, tell us about the project, how long has it been in the works?
  2. There are some fascinating sci-fi elements in this first issue - we’re fans of the “crappy future” aesthetic here - is this a world you think we’ll live in someday, would you want to live in it?
  3. To get a sense of what readers are in for, what sort of sci-fi do you enjoy and what might have inspired this story?
  4. Tell us about how you linked with Daniel Caval on art. What’s your process together like?
  5. There’s a definite level of anxiety to the narrative, how important was it to get the reader’s anxiety up along with the characters?
  6. It’s always interesting seeing a character deal with anxiety in a book and thinking “well that’s not how I handle it?” Did you imbue your characters with any of your own rituals and coping mechanisms?
  7. As a first-time comics creator, can you walk us through what it took to get this book on the stands?
