We pick up where we left off with narcissism in the workplace part one about how narcissists are always after a power trip and that's why they seek work positions considered 'upper status.' We also discuss how to deal with toxic coworkers and more! Narcissism in the workplace is quite common and not discussed enough to raise awareness. So, we decided to do some episodes about how narcissism and the abuse are dished out in the workplace. All of it is no different than how the abuse is dished out in any environment where there are narcissists.
