Startup entrepreneurs coming from academic universities face countless challenges, many of which revolve around the fear of failure. Nick Pashos, PhD, Tulane School of Medicine’s Entrepreneur in Residence, discusses the common obstacles academic (and other) start-up companies face, and how he can provide support in his new role.
