Everyone Has Limiting Beliefs

My guest, Transformation Coach and Shamanic Practitioner, Katie Augustyn spoke with me in detail about how we all have limiting beliefs. The important thing is to realize you can identify and transform them to open new possibilities in your life.

Just because you believe something doesn’t make it true or right. Most limiting beliefs are detrimental and hold you back. Katie and I dig into this topic to help listeners realize that you can identify and banish these thoughts to shift your life for the better.

3. How Your Feel

A third way to identify limiting beliefs is to pay attention to your emotions. Let’s say you have a fear of speaking in public and you get a pit in your stomach when this comes up. What thoughts could be behind this f
