Diane Pisani is an Educator and Advocate for the profession of Home Watch.

Home Watch Academy Founder, Diane Pisani, first appeared on the Good Neighbor Podcast in 2020, Episode 100. That segment is definitely worth a listen, as she discussed the value of Home Watch services for seasonal homeowners and the importance of education and certification for those who hold the keys.

In this episode, Diane shares updates on the ever-changing landscape of the Home Watch industry.  To date, it is still not a licensed or state-regulated industry.  Problem solved.  The Home Watch Network is the Home Watch Association, where homeowners can find a Certified Home Watch Reporter.  Qualifications surpass industry standards as only professionally trained individuals are eligible for certification.

The Home Watch Academy, the first eLearning platform designed exclusively for the Home Watch industry, is experiencing dynamic growth. Diane initially offered classroom training in her Naples, Florida Training Center. Since the program is now online, it attracts individuals throughout the US and Canada. Diane stated that there are often months when more students enroll from northern states than in warm-weather states.  There are hundreds of graduates serving thousands of homeowners.

A 2023 Ameriprise Financial survey stated that two out of every three wealthy Americans own a second home. The demand for home services is already high and will continue to grow.   Forbes Advisor named Property Watch a top business to start in 2023 and 2024.

Diane states that “Home Watch is an exceptional business opportunity for professionals with great customer service skills and a servant's heart.”
