Coinbase has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, accusing it of arbitrary behaviour in denying the company’s petition for crypto rules. The lawsuit seeks clarification on the SEC’s oversight of the industry and its refusal to provide specific regulations.
