A week ago I had an opportunity to attend RaiseFest, which was put on by Hunter Thompson, author of the book "Raising Capital For Real Estate." Held in Phoenix, AZ, this conference was attended by over 1,000 people looking to raise capital for their real estate ventures. I had an amazing time, made some great connections, and learned a lot about the next steps we plan to take in our business to grow and help people to passively invest in real estate opportunities.
