When I started this podcast, I wrote a list of all the people I knew that would be wonderful guests on the show and began reaching out. Then I created a dream guest list of people I did not know but wanted to eventually get them on if possible. Today’s guest is one from that dream list and I am so excited to share this episode with you all!!

Dr Brandon Parker is a chiropractor, a podcaster and an Instagram influencer. He has a following of almost 1 million people and it is easy to see why. His reels actually help people move & feel better! He creates simple movements to help increase range of motion and decrease the risk of injury and with easy to follow demonstrations. I’ve used them in my classes and on myself…it’s good stuff!
