Dave and his wife Lori Hastings operate Lori's Voice, a West Michigan non-profit organization that was founded and established to help young people with disabilities.

In segment two, we speak with Kendall Wingrove with the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning (OHSP) about the dramatic increase in Michigan traffic fatalities. Michigan traffic deaths peaked above 1,100 according to recently released data from the Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center.
