Jennifer “Split by more than the Grand River” The analysis by IFF, a nonprofit lender, shows that the shortage of affordable child care is most severe in communities of color and that many low- and middle-income families are paying more for early childhood education than they can afford even as child care providers operate with small margins that make it difficult to stay open.
