On this week's program, host Phil Tower welcomes the undisputed king of sports talk radio in West Michigan, Bill Simonson, for a candid conversation on his personal life, what caused his love for radio, and his long-running success as a sports talk personality. Simonson is known and respected across the state of Michigan as host of the "Huge Show." His program originates from iHeartradio's 96-1 The Game in Grand Rapids and is distributed statewide on 19 stations via Michigan Sports Network. Prior to hosting the Huge Show, Simonson spent 22 years as a talk show host on the radio in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Austin, and Chicago. Outside of work, Bill is a very proud father to five children.Away from the microphone, he enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and cheering on his children participating in sports.
