[00:01:40] Sarah: So the idea is are you wearing too many hats, aka are you filling too many roles in your property management business?
[00:01:50] Jason: All right, so when you first start out, you have to wear every hat, right?
[00:01:55] You do everything in the business because it's all on you. You're like, "Oh, let me send that over to my maintenance coordinator... who's me. And let me get that over to my bookkeeper... who is also me. And Oh, my receptionist will answer my calls for me today because that's me."
