Emotional Resiliency and Emotional Intelligence Series Part 4:

This is part 4 of 4 of a new mini-series! Emotional release, emotional processing and subconscious reprogramming are BIG parts of healing for my clients and I want to provide YOU with some tools to start doing some of this yourself.

In this 4th and final part, we are honing in on the nervous system and discovering how safe your nervous system feels to FEEL emotions and not just THINK about them.
We're going to talk about:

  • What a relaxed versus wound up nervous system is
  • The importance of creating safety in our nervous system if we want to actually create balance in the body and heal chronic symptoms
  • Ways we can create a relaxed nervous system
  • Ways to cultivate safety in your nervous  system
  • How to practice feeling safe and building resiliency
