This is part 3 of 4 of a new mini-series! Emotional release, emotional processing and subconscious reprogramming are BIG parts of healing for my clients and I want to provide YOU wil some tools to start doing some of this yourself.


 In part three I'm diving into how we learned what emotions were “acceptable" and how that creates DIS-ease in the body.  I'm also diving into:

  • How to BE with your emotions 
  • Separating your emotions from your identity 
  • How we can eradicate 99% of all chronic diseases and chronic symptoms on the planet
  • Some common concerns about “FEELING” into the fire of your emotions
  • Why we can't "mental" our way through emotions
