When arguing reproductive rights, autonomy, and the concept of paternal surrender, feminists… women in general, actually… like to “remind” us that child support is for the welfare of the child, and that justifies the actions of the mother and the state in regard to it… but how do we know? Do the actions of the state support or discredit that argument?
