He owns and operates a multimillion-dollar Sales and Marketing Company; he also owns a property management business that controls many of his own rentals. Chris holds investments or shares in over 2137 units across the county. Chris and the Sterling Rhino team recently closed on a 112-unit value-add property in Georgia and 104-unit property in Virginia.
